Magda, i visited this website and I am very interested in Building a Culture of Support: Strategies for School Leaders, by PJ Caposey, was reviewed in the January 2013 issue of Library Bookwatch by The Midwest Book Review. "With plenty of sage wisdom for the difference that one person can make in the educational experience, "Building a Culture of Support" is a much recommended addition to educational reference collections." I plan to research this more. Thank you for the new resource.
